If there is one thing I have learned over the years, it is that how you treat people matters.

My name is John Baranik, and I am the owner of The RV Doctor. I served in the United States Navy, where I learned responsibility, commitment, discipline, and the importance of doing things the right way.

I later spent more than twenty-five years owning and operating a construction and home remodeling business in Middletown, Delaware, built entirely through word of mouth, trust, craftsmanship, and strong relationships.

That same standard is what we are building at The RV Doctor.

We are looking for RV technicians who take pride in their work, care about people, and want to keep learning. This is not just about fixing RVs. It is about helping families get back on the road safely, protect their investment, and enjoy the memories they set out to make.

My family and I know firsthand how important RVs are. We have traveled cross-country, taken our children and parents RVing, and created memories we will always treasure. We have also experienced breakdowns, roadside problems, and the stress of needing help far from home.

That is why we believe RV repair should be done with honesty, care, clear communication, and respect.
