The RV Doctor is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, dependable Certified RV Technician to join our team in Middletown, Delaware.
Quality is our highest priority. We do not simply replace parts and hope the problem goes away. We take the time to troubleshoot, diagnose the issue, and find the true cause before recommending a repair. Our customers trust us to give them honest answers, complete the work correctly, and help them feel confident in their RV.
Because this is a customer-facing position, you should be comfortable speaking directly with RV owners, listening to their concerns, explaining your findings clearly, and walking them through the recommended repairs.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the RV industry, enjoys solving problems, loves to learn, and is willing to teach and share knowledge with others. Most importantly, we want someone who sees this as a career and wants to grow with a company that values quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and diagnose RV systems to identify the true source of the problem
Repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, roof, slide, and mechanical systems
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
Speak directly with customers about their concerns and repair needs
Clearly explain diagnostic findings and recommended solutions

Share your experience and help other team members grow
What We Are Looking For
Current NRVTA or RVTI certification
Hands-on RV repair and diagnostic experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
A commitment to quality and doing the job correctly
Confidence speaking directly with customers
The ability to explain technical issues in a clear and respectful way
A genuine passion for the RV industry
A love of learning, teaching, and improving
Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
A valid driver’s license
A desire to build a long-term career and grow with the company
Why Join The RV Doctor?
The RV Doctor is a veteran-owned, community-focused RV repair shop built around honest diagnostics, transparent pricing, and exceptional workmanship.
We believe customers deserve straight answers, technicians deserve respect, and every repair should be completed with care and pride.
You will be joining a growing local company where your skills matter, your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to help shape the future of the shop.

If there is one thing I have learned over the years, it is that how you treat people matters.
My name is John Baranik, and I am the owner of The RV Doctor. I served in the United States Navy, where I learned responsibility, commitment, discipline, and the importance of doing things the right way.
I later spent more than twenty-five years owning and operating a construction and home remodeling business in Middletown, Delaware, built entirely through word of mouth, trust, craftsmanship, and strong relationships.
That same standard is what we are building at The RV Doctor.
We are looking for RV technicians who take pride in their work, care about people, and want to keep learning. This is not just about fixing RVs. It is about helping families get back on the road safely, protect their investment, and enjoy the memories they set out to make.
My family and I know firsthand how important RVs are. We have traveled cross-country, taken our children and parents RVing, and created memories we will always treasure. We have also experienced breakdowns, roadside problems, and the stress of needing help far from home.
That is why we believe RV repair should be done with honesty, care, clear communication, and respect.
At The RV Doctor, we value technicians who are dependable, coachable, self-motivated, and committed to doing quality work. Experience and certifications matter, but character, work ethic, and the desire to grow matter just as much.
If you are looking for more than just a job, and you want to build a career with a team that treats customers like family, we invite you to apply.
Welcome to The RV Doctor family.
We’re the RV partner you didn’t know you needed... until now.
See you on the road: ready and confident.
